Day Of Coordinator Package 

Our day of coordinator package includes 2 months prior planning help to assist with creating a timeline, aisle line ups, contacting vendors, putting design sheets together for your decor to ensure everything is perfect. We will also help with set up & break down of the wedding or event. This package does include rehearsal dinner 1 hour time frame of rehearsal the day prior of event. 

With this package you get one Coordinator with the option to add an additional assistant on. 


Full Planning Package 

Planning a wedding can be stressful and we are here to take all of the stress off of your shoulders. We will work with you through the entire planning process to find vendors, helping with decor plans, go on venue tours and more. This package also includes a day of coordinator, rehearsal dinner the night prior, set up, break down, vendor coordination day of and much more! 

With this package you also get a head coordinator for day of and an assistant coordinator to help set up, break down and make sure the day runs smoothly 

Business Coordinating 

We are here to assist in any way! We can contact vendors, sponsors, help with coordinating events or retreats. Make sure everyday tasks are being accomplished and much more.

Set up & Break down Package 

Are you into DIY and love handling everything about your wedding day but need someone to help with set up and break down?! No worries we offer a package that just includes set up and break down of the day. We will arrive morning of the event set EVERYTHING up and return at the end of the night to break everything down. This allows for us to ensure your vision of decor is absolutely perfect and you don't have to stress about who is going to take care of it within the family. 

Customized Event Packages 

Birthday parties, Bridal showers, Bachelorette parties, Baby showers, Holiday parties, Business events and many more events! 

All Inclusive Decor Package

This package has it all! You will get a fully decorated venue space of your choosing that fits the style and theme you are trying to achieve. From centerpieces, linens, arbor, ceremony decor, reception decor and much more. This package also includes a day of coordinator, rehearsal dinner, full set up and break down of event! You won't have to lift a finger with this package we will take care of all the details.

Customized Decor Packages

This package allows you to customize and pick exactly what items you would like to rent and make your Pinterest board come to life! This also comes with set up and break down. 

Elopement Packages

Don't want a huge wedding and want to do something more intimate? This is just the package for you. This package is for 2-20 people. You can get photography, officiant, decor for the ceremony, arbor, coordinator, florals and more! 

Vow Renewal Package

This package comes with a lot of different options so its best to book a consultation with us to see where we can find your perfect match for that special anniversary.

If you are booking one of our decor or coordinating packages we also offer florals ,real and fake, for centerpieces, arbor florals, bouquets, boutonnieres and more!

Additional Wedding Day Assistance

Additional Information

All packages are $200-$400 retainers or 50% down and can also be made into monthly payment options. 

All  final payments must be made 30 days prior to event.

We also offer budget friendly packages that work within your budget.
